I don't think a bipap will help you with dry mouth. A bipap is more like an upgrade from a cpap, but does nothing for dry mouth. I mean, both of them deliver dry air.... For you, maybe a different delivery device such as nasal pillows might work. Surgery might work as well, but I would try exercise, losing weight, etc before that.
