It dumbfounds me how some doctors can be so ignorant - still worshipping the almighty TSH.

It is NOT low TSH that causes HYPERthyroidism, but OVER RANGE FT4 and FT3 levels. Have you had any antibody testing done? There are some Ab's than can falsely lower your TSH. (TRAb, TSI and TBII)

I feel for you seeing 3 doctors already and no results. (Hugs) I didn't find my thyroid savvy doctor until I had been to 4 clueless ones. Hang in there, keep seeking new doctors until you find one that gets it.

*ETA*. Oops, I see your FT3/FT4 are trending on the high side. I believe you are slightly over medicated. Perhaps 100mcg is too much for you? A slight reduction might bring your levels back within range. Most importantly, how are you feeling now?
