Could it be LPR?

For the last two years my symptoms have been here all the time instead of just every once in a while. I can handle the head pain (though I went to the ER April 30th for a severe sinus infection) ear pain (no doctor has ever seen anything wrong with my ear) sore throat, cough, fatigue. The thing I have the hardest time handling is the shortness of breath and tightness and pain in the chest. (When at the pulmonary doc the lungs sound good when I have shortness of breath. Unless I have gone into Bronchitis.) I ran across LPR and am thinking that could be it. (I have heart tests, lung cat scan, ) I have an appointment in a month with my ENY. Meanwhile besides my nexium in the AM I am taking Zantac now before dinner. I am making sure I don't lay down for at 3 hours after my meals and I don't eat much at a time. Besides, I have not had an appetite for I don't know how long but have gained weight anyway. So what do you think?
