Same thing seems to happen to me. I am 31 and only recently discovered HBP, I have had every test my Doctors can think of to try and figure out why I have this sudden increase in BP and all checks out normal.

It seems that when I have been drinking, which I do very seldomly, after drinking, BP is just about normal. But when I check it normally, it can be anywhere from 160/90 to normal, depending how anxious I am.

I also really wonder if this is an indication of some type of anxiety
