Hi,
That is great that you are reading up and trying to understand it. I have heard that you should change things but personally I haven't. I find that keeping your immune system up and stress levels down help a lot.

A good thread to read on the board is at the top called "Happy Couples" it helps with the age old question "will anyone still want to be with me".

Things will definitely get better, in the grand scheme of things it is just a pesky skin condition

This is a great board if you need to vent or ask questions
