If you are soaking a pad in less than an hour you are hemorrhaging. You need to go to an emergency department. When I hemorrhaged I thought I had peed in my pants but it was blood (to give you an idea of the volume.

Take your soaked clothing / towels sheets with you in a bag if you're scared they won't take you seriously.
