Ugh! I get them all day and night too. They are awful. I always get cold just before a hot flash so I know exactly when it is coming. I get completely drenched. I take Tamoxifen but had them before I started it due to Chemo putting me into menopause. Let's hope they don't last too many years. It has been almost 2 years with them for me so far. Not a whole lot you can do for them I guess.
