I lost my dad in 91..my mom 3 years ago and my sister last year.

I too struggled to get the image out of my head when my mom died. I was holding her hand as she died.

The only help I can give you is time. It takes time to deal with things. I still see the image in my head but it's not as bad as before.

I'm so sorry for your loss.
