I do them when I remember. I learned the basic techniques from john kabat zinn, he has a book called full catastrophe living and some audio cd's that I use. The breathing and sitting meditation cd's always put me to sleep. I try and use the breathing/mindfulness techniques at work where I get the most anxiety but most of the time I get so caught up in what I'm doing that I forget. What of these techniques have you found helpful?
