Understanding MR Angiography result, please help

Pardon me if some wording is slightly weird because I'm translating this.

- In posterior part of the arch is seen interruption in the path of posterior cerebral artery on the right.

- Posterior communicating artery is seen badly on the left.

- A1 part of the anterior cerebral artery on the right has slightly reduced caliber.

Could anyone help me with those results? Rheumatologist ordered MRA scan because of my cognitive problems (bad memory, concentration, visual problems). but I also have other symptoms like prolonged fever, sickness... I'm still waiting to see neurologist so I'm impatient.
