, i had a sudden pain started in my right thigh one month back which i ignored but gradually pain started increasing then 15 days back i consulted orthosurgeon who told me for MRI, the mri shows L5 S1disc herniated and space contracted to 8 mm and indentation of thecal sac shown with abutting nerve , more on right side.
what should I do??
