Hello, I am new here.32 yo female. currently don't have a diagnosis either, however i also have diffuse atrophy and all over, every muscle is just weak.. I have obvious hand atrophy and tongue atrophy. Three Emg's and many neuros all agree - not MND/als, thank goodness! Anyhow I saw your post and it was interesting to me, as I have had heart involvment since this started too- high heart rate, a lot of palpitations etc. I have eyebrow and a little eyelid ptosis as well and swallowing difficulty. I was curious if you have found any answers with yourself, or what they may be thinking? I have had most of the testing done with the exception of a muscle biopsy, Hope you have found some answers!
