Hello,
I've recently underwent a Abd-Pel CT w/ contrast and got the results (will likely take a few days for my doctor to get back to me)...
There were a few findings...
4.1 x 3.1 CM indeterminate hypodense lesion in segment 4. MRI of the liver with gadolinium is recommended.
5 X 3 CM cyst in left ovary.
In 2003 I had a similar CT done w/o contrast that read...
2.5 cm low attenuation in lesion within liver near dome.
Left ovary is prominent with low density center, measuring 4.4 x 2.3 CM, which may represent cyst.
MY OBG regularly checks me for cysts as I have PCOS, but I am somewhat concerned about the liver. I have never drank, nor did drugs, etc.
Any thoughts?
