i tried Cialis for the first time last night.. it helped me to get a full erection at first,, however half way through sex it just flopped again :S im only 20 and have only experienced this for about a month now. its starting to ruin my relationship. any help or pointers as to what i can do.. doctor reckons its nerves, back of the mind thoughts while going to do intercourse but I cant even masturbate and get a full hard on at all. whats happening to me and why ?
