Your risk for lung problems has increased, but only very slightly, and you aren't going to get lung cancer or mesothelioma anytime soon. I'd estimate that the probability of you dying of something completely unrelated (like a car accident) in the next 10 years is higher than the chance of getting a lung disease related to this one exposure.

Make sure the asbestos is cleaned up properly. I'd ask a professional. Next time, be more careful. There's nothing else you can do.
