Can you educate me on which insurance company has covered the deNovo graft & microfracture in MA? Is it BCBS or Tufts? Does one have to go through appeals process to get coverage? Can you tell me the name & contact info for the Surgeon that said he could do it for you? How much does it cost? I will truly appreciate the info. My son needs this surgery and BCBS is saying it is investigative & experimental.
