Oh CCW, I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes over your news.

IBS beats you right into the ground, stops you from going out, from enjoying your family and friends, and soon takes over your life, physically and emotionally. But you are fighting back...and WINNING!!

As I said before, there is no magic pill to cure IBS, we all have to find what works for us and you are certainly headed in the right direction. The right attitude can take you miles!

Enjoy your 'new toy'! When I first started eating out again (after at least 15 years of avoiding it), my hubby and I were in a very sloooow restaurant. Hubby was getting impatient, but I was like a kid in a candy store, I was looking at everything, everyone, just soaking it all in. I could have stayed there all day.
