If it is the same unit, an IgE count of 492 would be someone who's very allergic to something, although it really isn't abnormally high for an allergic person.

One thing that might help is skin scratch testing, to identify any other allergies you have. Blood tests are best for food allergies, but skin tests are best for air allergies like pollen.
