I don't know if this will help any of you but there was an article in the Free Lance Star on 9/1/2012 in Fredericksburg, VA that told about a story of a woman who coughed all the time and had different upper respitory problems over the years. There is a Dr. Timothy Sherwood who is one of two doctors, one in Harvard that works on an Airway Program and will do surgery for the problem she had in her trachea. I thought maybe it would give you an opportunity to check this out and see if he could help any of you. I hope this helps.
