Sometimes I have this type of psoriasis, it recurring especially after hair colouring (!).
I am using сream with betamethasone + salicylic acid - the best combination for me! Just for one day in weekend. You would have 1 day insomnia but almost free skin after that.
I have also Addison's disease, so betamethasone does not make me feel unusual (and doesn't harm as well).
