Are these symptoms?

I am a 52 YO who started on hormones at the age of 40 due to early menopause. I have been having low back, bloating, frequent urination, vaginal swelling, painful intercourse and a small amount of bleeding. ( haven't had a menstral cycle in 12 years) Saw my GYN yesterday and let him know about these symptoms. Was told that my Pap last year was ok and that I was on a schedule of PAP every 3 years. Did his usual check and increased the hormones and told me to come back in 3 months and if symptoms above had not gotten better would do a pelvic sonogram. I am concerned that waiting 3 months and increasing hormones if I already have either ovarian or uterine cancer will feed the cancer. My mom had uterine cancer at an early age so I am somewhat scared right now. Anyone else think I need to see a different GYN for a second opinion? I am terrified right now.
