Hello Everyone!
I have recently been diagnosed with AVH and I'm 18 years old. I started having severe pain when I was 15 and when I went to a bone specialist he just kind of brushed me off and told me to get some exercise, even though I'm not over-weight and I am active enough. I just got diagnosed yesterday and they're talking about a hip replacement... I'm very scared and nervous, so I was wondering if anyone had any comforting stories or just any advice at all.. It's put me into a deep depression...
