If you have gastroparesis, you'll need smaller meals. Also, fiber can be a trigger, so try to limit it. Cooked veggies are easier on the stomach than raw ones. Don't eat too much fat, either.
Surprisingly, coffee and chocolate can actually be good for people with GP! Caffeine speeds up the stomach. I eat a small piece of dark chocolate after dinner each night, to help me digest.
