Hello everyone,
I am due to have my right knee totally replaced in January next year after a long struggle with the surgeon due to my age (50). I would like to know if anyone has had the surgery with epidural or spinal and been awake for the procedure or had sedation along with the epidural or spinal.

I would like to know what it was like as l am thinking of having this for myself and would like to know the experience of others.

I have been on the boards before so a big Hello to everyone l have been in contact with and l hope all your new knees are doing well.
