From what it sounds like you told him no multiple times so that makes it rape. However, by asking him if he had a condom he may have assumed you were consenting. I am very sorry you had to go through this, and I suggest you speak to a counselor or therapist because it sounds very traumatic. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, maybe there is another friend or family member you can confide in.
