Thanks for your reply. The white veggie is cauliflower. I love most veggies and have been trying to add more into my diet. My bs was 136 this morning. The last thing I ate last night was a fat free smoked turkey hot dog (no bun). Carb value 5g about 10 pm. I really wanted a sweet but I resisted. I just don't understand why I cant get my morning sugar to come down. We do eat a little later than most people but there is usually still 12 hours between dinner and my am test.
I have had pancreatic surgery so I have no body of my pancreas. I just don't think that is the problem because that was 10 years ago.
