I had some reflux at night that burned my throath before vacations.

I went to have vacations on a thermal stance that had Sulforous Waters (Termas São Pedro do Sul in Portugal) , and in the first 3 days i had some vapour inalations for about 1 hour each day.

They healed my throath in 3 days. And even one night i had reflux, and had burned throath feeling all night, next day i went to tratments with vapour and got well again.

But if i have acid reflux that burns my throat after end of treatments, the burn doesn't go away.

The treatments with inhaling sulforous thermal vapours (in a certified thermal instance) acted as a fast anti-inflamatory and healer agent for me. But it only acts as a band aid procedure after the damage. It doesnt prevent it.
