Eat a lot of yogurt to replace good bacteria that your body needs after antibiotics, which messes with your flora in your body which can contribute to yeast infections. Most birth control has its downside unfortunately and condoms aren't 100% effective, so that's a tough one(unless you abstain forever, ha ha!). I know you don't want to hear this, but buildup of yeast over time may take awhile to erradicate, so you may need to stay away from yeast products for more than a month. You could be allergic to wheat or certain grains. Maybe get an allergy specialist involved?
