because you are having so much to deal with right with your mother why don't you go on a low dose BCP for a few months and see if that calms down the symptoms..I'm on HRT and have been for years because I believe that your quality of life is so important. and it out weights the risks..because in the long run you end up taking all kinda meds that have side effects..
