H Jrobinso, welcome to the board . Do you know what your D level is? Is is below 30? How long did he want you to take the 5000 mg. before being tested again? He may be trying to see how your body reacts to a larger dose and where to go from there. Is he ordering any other test to see why your body doesn't absorb the D properly?
