first hand
i got infected by an ex gf
i was with her for over a year
i had sex withe her over 300 times using a condom every time.
the first time i did not use a condom
i got infected..
it was not a coincidence,
if you use a condom, you will not get infected with hiv.

it sounds like you more need to work on guilt issues
then worry about something (hiv) that simply
isn't going to happen..
