You should be OK if you are exercising as well. There is nothing wrong with eating small amounts, but it should be nutritious snacking like veg and fruit, cheese, yoghurt etc rather than chips, biscuits or sweets. Drink a good amount of water to help in burning off energy. Good luck, Sera
