If you have insurance, try to get a referral from your primary care doctor. If not, and you can make a trip to Vegas, and can afford to pay or finance around $4k, depending on the hernia, look up 'no insurance surgery' on Google. Should be the first result. That is where I got mine done. About 3 years ago, and no problems since.
