You may want to check with your urologist about the hardness on the sides- I have been told that is not a result we want. I think there is a bit of "getting used to" or tolerance - I too have lost some of the initial effect. I am talking with my compounding pharmacist about changing the portion percentages so I can last longer. I originally paid $550 for 20 doses. My local compounding pharmacist gives me 25 doses for $60. I think some of these MD's charge a bundle - way too much. Check with a compounding pharmacist.
