Thanks lovineachday. I'm trying to get better, but I still start to get freaked out when I'm driving a little fast (45mph+) or down a hill. It will be okay at some times and then if I feel the slightest bit off my brain panics and I almost immediately have to slow down. I'm not sure how to overcome those feelings any suggestions? It doesn't seem to follow the traditional anxiety I read about in most books or online.
