Hi,
I also have IBS/Gastritis plus a Hiatal-Hernia. Do you suffer like this all the time.
For myself I get episodes.
I can be great for weeks and then out of the blue I have a stomach like a washing machine.
I have tried numerous medications to no avail and find that the symptoms eventually get better of their own accord.
I try to eat small and often rather than big meals. Sorry I dont have an answer but maybe someone out there has one.
