I have been through the wringer now having seen 17 drs (1 neuro and four orthos). In the course of my WC claims I have gone from suspected carpal tunnel *hah* to brachial neuritis which caused scoliosis and nerve damage in my hands and arms. I was declared fully disabled by one of WC's ax men orthopedic surgeons. Still.....DOL insists there is no causal relationship. Wrong. Now onto a battle with ECAB where it is bound to get really messy.
