I just noticed on your list you have hypothyroidism. In view of the chronic fatigue, I would just make sure your thyroid levels are being monitored carefully and are at optimal levels to keep your energy up (TSH around 1, free T4 and T3 in upper 1/3 of normal range). If they aren't, a slight bump up in your thyroid meds may help. Hopefully, your Dr will agree.
