Osteoporosis - search for secondary cause

I am in my thirties and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. B/c I have other health-related problems (infertility, fibro, etc.), I am convinced that I must have a nutritional deficiency, malabsorption issues, etc. that have not been diagnosed. I have seen multiple specialists and no one has been able to determine the cause. They want me to take Forteo but I am not interested because of potential side effects.

Has anyone else who is pre-menopausal established the reason for their osteoporosis is? If so, what was it and what type of specialist was able to determine the cause?
