I have had that at times. I sharp pain into the groin area. Had it several years ago, it actually would stop me dead in my tracks. Went from doctor to doctor and they all said IBS. Havent had it in years like that, but am happy to say it didnt turn out to be anyhting else, so I hope that helps.
