Should I be taking these vitamins
I'm 19 and living at home for another couple of months until I move to uni. For years my mum has been giving be a coulple of things to take every morning. I have full trust in my mum however I think it would be reckless not to check this myself.
Every morning she gives 2 Omega Capsules, 1 multivitamin Capsule and 1 Vitamin C Capsule.
Should I be taking these every morning and why does no one else my age that I know not take them? My mum is very much obsessed with nutrition.
I don't have any deficiencies nor do I have any kind of disease or condition.
I'm perfectly healthy. I just can't understand why I'm taking these. My mums answer is that everyone should be taking these however I think thats crazy. When I leave I'm going to stop taking them.
