Hi Munstangbabydoll,
Only those with the same problem can realize the situation and the pain we have every day.
Over the past two months i am studying different cases of people with herniated disc or disc protrusion as the experts are calling it.
What I have realised by visiting a surgeon orthopedic, a neurosurgeon, a neurologist, and a physiotherapist is that whatever method you follow it takes time. PATIENCE is the key factor.
