Are you on thyroid medication already? TSH looks ok if you are. You really should get FreeT4 and FreeT3 tested instead of these outdated inaccurate tests. T4 of 6.8 would be on the low side of typical ref. ranges (we need to know the reference ranges to be able to comment better) so that doesn't look good.
