trying to lose belly fat/love handles/and moobs
hey all, new to the boards. i'm just looking for some advice on my routine and diet. i wanna lose my belly fat, moobs, and love handles, so i can start adding muscle. figure i should mention i'm a guy, in case the moobs thing didn't tip you off already.
my routine: i do 100 pushups a day. i hurt my tail bone working so i can't do sit ups, so i plank (on elbows and toes holding a flat back and flexed abs) for a total of 5 minutes throughout my routine. i do burpees for 5 minutes. between exercises i stretch my core and back. and lastly i run 15 minutes a day. i know this is small but i want to do this until i feel like i'm in good enough shape to fully utilize the Gold's near my house, which is when i'll start a real work out.
my diet: in my fridge/freezer/pantry - avocado, eggs, greek yogurt, tuna, salmon, tomatoes, garlic, hemp hearts, life cereal, milk, salsa, quinoa, and i get take out sushi occasionally and will have a slice of pizza after the clubs once in awhile. i eat most of these things every day. i restock most of this every week or so and this is LITERALLY all i eat. i calorie count and eat around 1200-1500 per day.
personal for further details: i'm 210, 6'3. on my free time i walk ALOT, smoke weed (don't judge), and do yoga. i don't plan on changing anything about my lifestyle.
my routine is fairly new (a week and a bit) but have been eating like this for over a month. i feel good but haven't noticed much results weight wise, not that i'm surprised..
any advice would be awesome!
