I had the same procedure 3 weeks ago. I was told NWB for 6 weeks and then another cast( I believe a walking cast). I too work in medical field where I'm on my feet all day. Wondering when u were able to walk on it and how much PT u had. Also, is your outcome as expected, how long before u felt u were at 100%. Did u experience any nerve pain? I can't imagine going to work before 12 weeks. It's a big deal just to get showered and dressed for the day!
