Last night a friend's full length mirror that was glued onto a wooden board fell and the corner hit the back of my head. It really hurt and when my friend looked she saw my head was bleeding slightly. She applied pressure etc and it stopped bleeding within about 10 minutes and the cut wasn't very deep. I have had a headache since (it was about 12 hours ago) and I have an enormous lump where it hit me. I also have been feeling sick but these problems could be completely separate from the head injury. I don't want to go to A&E or anything because I really don't think it's that bad and I'm not waiting hours for them to just say "go home and rest, you'll be ok" which I think they probably would but I don't know what to do about my symptoms?
