I have read that many people with fibro also have GERD/ stomach issues... Me being one of them. They can be related by slow digestion... I have an endoscopy every year and it is easier and better than a colonoscopy. No yukky stuff to take or drink...You just go to sleep for a little bit, next thing you know you are all finished and ready to have something to eat ( something light of course )...me myself I make a bee line for IHOP soon as I'm done...lol...Endoscopy will tell your doc everything he or she needs to know in order to treat you correctly instead of giving you stomach meds that don't work or you don't need. Good luck and if I were you I'd be more concerned on having a colonoscopy than an endo...Good luck and don't be worried...gentle hugs
