Re: Feeling stuck midway

Hello flamesabers,

There are times in therapy where it feels as if you are taking one step forward and two steps back.
Other times one can feel stuck, as if there is no headway being made. This happens at times. Some call it a rut.
I call it being "stopped"- as if the emergency brakes are on while the gear is clearly(or so I believe) in drive.
There are solutions to this problem but it will take effort on your behalf.
One can locate answers in the most apparent of places.
Sometimes the answer is staring us right in the face but we're too pre-occupied to see it.
Other times we need to search for the answers and the past may be the key to the present.
It could also be the med dosages needing to be re-evaluated for affect.

If you can visualize being stuck at a midway point(metaphorically), try to visualize what the end point would be like, for the answer is somewhere near; possibly closer than you realize.

Respectfully
Phoenix
