I take Magnesium Citrate, apple cider vinegar, nuts, a multivitamin, roasted soy beans, bananas, orange juice, and fish for BP. I am not sure how much it helps my BP pressure, but I know they help with the side effects of my beta blocker. As for fish oil, I used to take Omega 3 fish oil but chose to eat fish instead after I read some studies that fish oil was not as effective as eating real fish. I eat fish such as Tilapia in a garlic sauce, canned sardines, tuna salad, Ceviche, Red Snapper, Salmon, and octopus/calamari in a tomato/cilantro/onion salsa with olive oil.
