Still experiencing heart palps mine seems to be triggered to sleeping as in i don't get them the more I sleep. However i'm still concerned why I should be experiencing them. Blood pressure/ECG fine. But today I had a driving lesson & had about 10 baring in mind i was doing emergency stops. Nothing has been linked to anxiety yet but maybe it is a cause?

Any help or Insight will be appreciated.

Note: I Haven't had them for the past 3 days but started up again due to my silliness in only having like 3 hours sleep.
